After each visit the cleaner takes photos of the cleaned rooms for your photo report. We use them only to show you the work and to handle questions about the visit. We keep them for 90 days and do not publish them without your written permission.

16. PAYMENTS

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

17. ACCESS CODES AND KEYS

Door codes, gate codes and key instructions are used only to access your home for booked visits and are shared only with the cleaner assigned to your visit.
